la la la
not tired, full of healthy food and feeling fine. Although i could use an energy boost or some milk.
Today’s food desireĀ = ice-cream with hot chocolate fudge – OMG MACCAS SUNDAE!!! mmmm
i don’t know what to say about today… had teaching in werribee and my students played in a concert for thir parents. We had plates and plates of yummy biscuits and slices and cakes and donuts and cordial in cups and it was fabulous… or so i was told. The chocolate chip cookies nearly had me but i’m proud to say i didnt eat any.
Wow this is getting so boring and i still havnt hit half way yet. Funny thing is that i’ve actually gained weight since starting this detox. I don’t know how actually… its kind of odd. I’m going to cook soup tomorrow – we have cauliflower and broccoli and pumpkin.. i’m sure thatd make for some interesting flavours.. oh and potato. I think i may just have some fun with this tomorrow…..
I think perhaps all this healthy food is damaging your typing skills. Just thought I’d point out a few mistakes. Sorry for being picky, but you may appreciate the effort I’ve gone to.
“thir”
“havnt”
“thatd”
I wasn’t going to point out the lack of apostrophes, but then I realised you’d used them in other words. On a happier note, I’m glad to see you sticking to your guns. I usually can’t make it through a day without eating something unhealthy.
P.S. I spell it “realise” and not “realize”. Do you?
Matt Kenneally spent a week eating only chocolate a few years back. He ended up losing weight. But he loses weight whatever he does. He is ‘The Features’.
I wonder how matt’d go on an all donuts diet… My Oma had to put on weight and her doctor told her to eat donuts…. I wonder if matt’d let us run an experiment to see if it actually works… or i could just ask oma.
And as for spelling…. it’s overrated. I will most probably hate myself for saying that but there we go, it’s done. And yes, i spell realise.. z’s are SOOOOO american!
